I’m up at camp now…
I’ve been here since saturday. I got contracted to come up early and set up/repair/clean everything so we’re ready for campers in a few weeks. Been trying to get back on my schedule of going to bed early (like 10) so I can get up early. I love this job but it’s like a 14 hour shift every day. It takes it’s toll but I wouldn’t trade it for anything. Since I’ve come up early I’ve been learning a ton of stuff. I wired an electrician outlet and circuit breaker for the first time on Sunday, learning about pool maintenance, and engine repairs. Except this week sometime we have to count out all the canvas tents and poles so they can be put up in all the campsites. Whatever, it still rules. I fucking love my job.
